The Leadership Gauntlet brought together gifted fifth graders from all 15 WCPS elementary schools for a rigorous day of competition. Students were tested on essential leadership pillars—including communication, critical thinking, public speaking, and collaboration—under the evaluation of a distinguished panel of local government officials and private-sector executives.
