In Kentucky, under House Bill 1, the newly implemented Federal Scholarship Tax Credit, pursuant to 26 U.S.C. subsection 25F, will go into effect January 1, 2027. Stay tuned for more information regarding this prospective opportunity to support schools through this new initiative.
